Land Rover DC100 Concept
The Land Rover DC100 Concept, a modern interpretation of the iconic Land Rover Defender will make its debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. Land Rover also confirms, that production of a new Defender is intended for 2015.Commenting on the Land Rover DC100 Concept car,Gerry McGovern, Director of Design, Land Roversaid: "Replacing the iconic Defender is one of the biggest challenges in the automotive design world; it is a car that inspires people worldwide. Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition
The new Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition, a hand-finished exclusive addition, will make its debut at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show.
The flagship model adds a handcrafted luxury interior, using specially selected soft feel natural leathers, to an interior renowned for being one of the finest in the automotive world.
The driver benefits from the recognisable command driving position offering excellent visibility and comfort, and the rear passengers now experience first-class-style accommodation never before seen in a Range Rover.
Two stand alone electric rear seats enhance space and comfort for the rear passengers, making the Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition the definitive chauffeur vehicle. The addition of a rear console extension, including a machined aluminium laptop table and drinks chiller, and two Apple iPads as standard (the first car to do so), takes the Range Rover rear seat experience to new levels of luxury.
The luxury theme extends to the rear load space, with a super yacht inspired teak floor with metal and leather detailing.
The interior story is completed with high-end semi-aniline leather seating and Oxford leather on the door casings, dashboard top and steering wheel. For the first time, Kalahari wood veneers are used on the facia and door top rolls and unique interior colourways of either dark cherry or Arabica are available.
Two new unique exterior colours, either Roussillon Red or Otago Stone, are available along with body coloured door handles, dark atlas radiator grille and side vents to create a sophisticated finish. This Ultimate Edition is fitted with new and unique 20" multi-spoke diamond-turned alloy wheels, and unique tailgate badging. Customers also have the option of an Exterior Design Pack and deployable side steps.
The all-V8 engine line-up includes the superb new 4.4 litre LR-TDV8 Diesel engine with a new eight-speed transmission incorporating Drive Select with Paddle Shift as standard. This LR-TDV8 combines superior power with 313PS, 700Nm torque whilst delivering even lower fuel consumption and 14% less CO2 emissions than its predecessor in line with the stringent EU5 emissions standards. The combined cycle fuel consumption of the new LR-TDV8 4.4-litre is just 30.1mpg, making this the first Range Rover ever to better 30mpg.
The 8-speed ZF automatic gearbox tuned by Land Rover engineers to combine silky smooth shifting with exceptionally rapid response and improved fuel economy, catapults the Range Rover from rest to 60mph in a mere 7.5 seconds and complete the 50mph-75mph dash in just 5.1 seconds.
The LR-V8 5.0 Supercharged engine is also available delivering awesome power and torque, 510PS and 625Nm, propelling the Range Rover from 0-60mph in a breath-taking 5.9 seconds.
Both variants come with Land Rover's award-winning Terrain Response system, which optimises the vehicle set-up for virtually all on-road or off-road driving situations, with five different settings to suit different terrains including new Hill Start Assist and Gradient Acceleration Control.
This Ultimate Edition was designed, engineered and manufactured in the UK and exclusivity is assured as each vehicle will be built to customer order only. 500 units will be produced and sold in over 20 markets globally.

After a brief statement at the Paris Motor Show, Land Rover has revealed details of the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 5-door. U.S. sales begin in autumn 2011 and Land Rover announced an estimated street price of $ 45,000.
Although it was not anything else on this release, we expect the same design and look at the engine lineup. Clean, Prestige and dynamic: Will the choice of either Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 2WD or 4WD version, and three trim levels. Under the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 5-door hood, the new 2.0-liter supercharged SI4 gasoline direct injection and dual variable valve timing in combination.
Just as with the two-door version, the 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 5-door version with a unique 19-inch wheels and shiny metallic accents, premium leather, double stitching and genuine wood and metal finish, unique bumpers, panels, grille and exhaust for more assertive safe place, perforated leather sports seats and unique details. Appointment of a full-size panoramic glass roof that allows lots of natural light, further enhance the feeling of space.
2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque allows customers the premium leather package that virtually every interior surface of the lid can be determined. In addition, adolescents with 60/40 folding handles Isofix child seat, and possibly, luggage space can be extended to 1445 l decent.
Most functions can be controlled by an SUV with an intuitive touch-screen display, available with dual view technology as the driver and passenger side is the separation of functions or access content simultaneously. Integrated Bluetooth and USB and auxiliary line input is also available. There is also a new 2011 Range Rover Evoque high-end audio system from Meridian, which has 17 speakers for a total of 825 watts of surround sound.
Under the skin, 2012 Land Rover Range Rover Evoque 5-door is equipped with the optional adaptive dynamics system with magnetic ride, which promises to offer a better balance between handling and ride quality, while the company’s signature Terrain Response control of full-time four-wheel drive system for off-road conditions. Land Rover Range Rover Evoque is also the first Range Rover offers a front-wheel drive option.

Project Kahn-Tuned Range Rover Sport 3.0TD V6 Davis Mark II Limited Edition
The Davis Mark II limited edition tribute is the latest addition to Project Kahn’s long line of tuned Range Rovers. We are not sure who the vehicle is named after, but for educational purposes [sic…] we found several people with the name Mark Davis on Wikipedia ranging from a British adult film actor to a cricketer, so feel free to take your pick. Back to the tune, Project Kahn’s newest creation is based on the 2011 Range Rover Sport powered by a 3.0-liter V6 turbo diesel and comes with both styling and performance modifications. Read more »

Project Kahn’s Range Rover Autobiography RS600 Cosworth
Not a month goes by without British tuner Project Kahn releasing some kind of tune for a Land Rover model. Their latest effort takes on the more luxurious Range Rover Autobiography Edition with a new package called the RS600 Cosworth.
The makeover starts with a bespoke Nara Bronze finish and continues with a Project Kahn aero body kit that includes a new front bumper with an integrated chin spoiler, front day time led lights and unique fog lamp bezels, side skirts, bespoke door handles and a redesigned rear bumper housing the quad tail pipes of the sport exhaust system. The company also adds a set of 22-inch RS wheels wrapped around in chunky high-performance tires.

One More Ranger Rover Tune for Project Kahn
While Project Kahn has ventured into several different projects over the years, the British tuner is mostly known for its work on Land Rover models. The company’s most recent creation is called the ‘Black Vogue’ and it is based on the Land Rover Range Rover Vogue. Read more »
